This form will display a list of the data retrievals associated with the specified e-mail address and Equinox Personal Identification Number (PIN). You may re-submit a request by simply selecting the previous request from the list of past retrievals. If you do not have an Equinox PIN or you have forgotten your PIN, please use the PIN Management section below.
Your Personal Identification Number (PIN) is an important element in the use of Equinox. It is automatically assigned to your E-mail address the first time you do a Raw Data file retrieval. You may use this control to manage your Equinox PIN. If you have forgotten your PIN, wish to change your PIN, or wish to create a new PIN, please use this management utility.
